Shipping Policy

Where we ship Right now, LeeCo ships all over the world.

Build & delivery time Every Errington is individually built to order rather than pulled from ready-made stock. Please allow 4–8 weeks from the date of your order for your watch to be built, quality-checked, and dispatched. We'll email you at key stages of the process so you're never left wondering where things stand.

Shipping cost - Shipping is currently free to the United Kingdom during our pre-order launch. This applies to all Founding Member Edition orders. Please see rates at checkout for the rest of the world. 

Dispatch & tracking Once your watch is ready, it will be dispatched using a tracked courier service. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way, so you can follow it right to your door.

Delivery time after dispatch Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

Order issues If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@leecowatches.com and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Returns For information on returning your watch, please see our Returns Policy — we offer 30-day returns on unworn watches in original packaging, starting from the date of delivery.
